My name is Stacy Miller. I have'been studying natural healing, holistic wellness and massage therapy for over 25 years.
In 2007 I went to school at the New Mexico School for Natural Therapeutics for massage therapy certification.
Along the way, some of the modalities I've studied are Polarity Therapy, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Core Synchronism, Pregnancy Massage, Essential Oils, Flower Essences, Tuning Forks, Energy Clearing and Re-balancing, and Breathwork.
My intention is to be in service helping people in their wellness journey. I take a holistic approach and look at the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies in a client's session. I consider my style to be Intuitive Integrative Body Work. Each Session is personally tailored to the Individual.
RELAXATION MASSAGE
Relaxation massage is a soothing massage with firm but gentle pressure that allows the body to completely relax. It relieves stress and tension in your muscles and will leave you with a sense of wellness. A warm heatpack will complement the therapy to bring deeper relaxation.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Therapeutic massage is tailored to the individual to help relieve pain, reduce stress, and focus on specific problems. A blend of Massage techniques and Polarity Therapy will be crafted to target specific areas of concern while also bringing relaxation to the whole body.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
POLARITY THERAPY
Deep Tissue Massage is a firm massage. Using deep pressure and therapeutic techniques on affected areas. It focuses on deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to release built-up tension and improve circulation, leading to increased flexibility and reduced pain.
60 minutes or 90 minutes
$100 or $135
This Energy Work session is to help bring harmony and balance physically, emotionally and mentally. The client remains fully clothed. The session employs three types of touch: light touch to tonify and balance an area where there is a deficiency, heavy touch to disperse energy in an area where there is an excess, and a rocking motion to stimulate energy.
